Cameron Taylor wrote a PhD at St John's College, Cambridge as a Gates Scholar in Linguistics. He set up UX Research operations at boost.ai, a Scandinavian software company that specializes in conversational artificial intelligence providing solutions to Scandinavian banking, telecoms, retail, transportation, insurance companies and government services. He runs studies looking at aspects of human-chatbot interaction, such as the impact of design decisions on end user trust, conversation repair practices, and how to design virtual agents for diverse end user groups.
